NDIS Assistive Technology (AT) Assessments

Comprehensive biomechanical and gait assessments to identify the most suitable assistive technology supports for each participant.  This is a separate budget with the NDIS plan.  Usually there is 1-2 hours of observation/ testing/ photos/ video and then a 11 pages report is completed. 

Custom-Made Orthotics
Individually prescribed orthotics created following detailed gait analysis to correct biomechanical issues, enhance comfort, and reduce pain. 

Paediatric Orthopaedic Footwear
Specialised assessment and prescription of footwear for children with: 
– Toe walking 
– Flat feet 
– Developmental conditions 
– Neurological or sensory gait patterns 

Podiatry Therapy
Evidence-based treatment programs including: 
– Gait retraining 
– Foot strengthening exercises 
– Biomechanical therapy 
– Walking pattern correction 

Paediatric & Developmental Conditions
Expert care for children with: 
– Autism 
– Sensory processing differences  and retained primitive reflexes integrated
– Toe walking 
– Motor coordination difficulties
